מיקרוסופט ישראל מגלה את הקומוניזם
פרסמתי ביום חמישי ידיעה ב-ynet והיום טור פרשנות בכלכליסט על כך שמיקרוסופט ישראל החליטה לבטל הטבה של מימון מוניות מבית העובד למרכז המו”פ בחיפה ובחזרה, שניתנת מזה כעשור לכ-40 עובדים, המהווים כרבע מסך העובדים במרכז החיפאי.
הנה האימיילים שנשלחו לעובדים בנושא זה. שימו לב ל”חוויית עובדים אחת”, ביטוי מגוחך כשהוא נאמר מפי הנהלת מיקרוסופט, סמל ההיפר-קפיטליזם האמריקאי.

Subject: Taxi TransportationFolks,
As part of the effort to provide one employee experience across ILDC and in order to be in line with local market practices we have agreed, together with the Haifa SLT, to cancel the use of taxis as a transportation method to and from work.
Up until now this transportation method was provided only to a small group of employees . As of April 1st these employees will be entitled to a net refund for public transportation expenses or to participation in the company’s leasing program according to eligibility.
Important issues to note
1. MS refunds for public transportation by reimbursing the NET sum expensed by the employee – vs. market practice which is to reimburse in gross
2. MS refunds the total actual expense paid by the employee and is not limiting this amount to the maximum amount as determined by law
3. Leasing eligible employees can take a substitute car after they join the program – until the permanent car arrives . Details can be obtained by contacting Mili Yossef
Each employee will receive a separate and more detailed email from Yonit after this communication.
And one more thing… Even though you have been hearing about this change lately, receiving this notice eliminates the rumor and this becomes a reality. We have given this a lot of thought and are confident that by implementing common criteria among all ILDC employees, and by reaching one employee experience, we are improving our work environment. This is a long term target and effort and requires us all to participate and work towards achieving future benefits. Our current transportation plans, via public transportation or leasing programs, have been checked and benchmarked against other leading companies. Microsoft’s plan is regarded as more than generous vs. the market, and I hope that you are able to share this view with us, accept it and appreciate it.

This letter is in follows to your conversation with your manager, in which you have been updated that Microsoft is joining the custom in all Hi-tech companies for transportation, and is reinstating the travel to work policy in all ILDC sites accordingly. This helps us in creating a one ILDC employee experience, as well as contributing to the cost efficacy.Microsoft offers a relatively generous refund for transportation in comparison with companies in the Israeli high-tech market. Employees will be reimbursed for the actual net cost of public transportation, or have a choice of taking a leased car.
As of April 1st, 2008, the taxi transportation to work will no longer be provided by Microsoft.
The changes will be as following :FT employees will be eligible for the current travel to work policy:
The employee will have a choice of either taking a leased car or receive a refund for public transportation (net).
Should the employee choose to join Microsoft’s car lease program, he/she will receive a bridge car until the permanent car is received.

Transportation to work (should be submitted to LimorM)
· Applicable to all MS FT employees who don’t have leased cars, or who don’t receive car maintenance, and according to the employee’s employment agreement
· Expense report includes receipts חופשי חודשי/כרטיס יומי (lowest sum when possible) or report calculated according to public transportation (bus/train) costs
· Expense report will report actual work days for that month (not incl. sick, vacations, business trips etc.)
· The refund is in net !
· To be reimbursed in your salary, for the expenses specified below, fill in the expense report each month, print it and attach the receipts (do not submit the report via msexpense):Managers may approve taxi transportation in exceptional cases such as sickness, late night work etc. by contacting the receptionist during the working hours, and receiving a taxi voucher from the receptionist.
Please approach Miri Tubali-Assaf to confirm your choice in writing by March 15th.

אפשר לאפשר גם נסיעה במונית שירות בנוסף לאוטובוס, ואז מקבלים Van employee experience
